Program Description

This week we are going Tandem Cycling at the Biltmore Estate! Because of gear limitations we will have to split the group into 2. Each group will get to ride for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. There is a petting zoo on site that we can utilize if there are no allergies and students are interested!  I will also have some activities prepared. Student's should pack a lunch. One group can eat before they ride and the other group can eat after.

 

Program Time: 9:30am-1:30pm

  • Estimated Schedule:
  • 9:30am- Arrive at 1 Lodge St. The Waypoint Van will be there waiting to escort you into the gate.
  • 9:45am- Bathrooms/Sunscreen/Water ect.
  • 10:00am-Opening Circle(all)
  • 10:15am- Intro to Gear (all)
  • 10:30am- First Group Rides (second group does a game or the petting zoo)
  • 11:45am- Groups Swap
  • 1:15pm- Closing Circle
  • 1:30pm-Departure
