This outdoor kayaking program is accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Enjoy the fun and serenity of Price Lake located on the Blue Ridge Parkway all while being part of a supportive community. You can participate thanks to a variety of adaptive kayaking equipment and instruction designed to meet your individual needs. Our highly trained staff will instruct, support, and encourage you as you meet new people and learn new skills or further develop your existing ones.

Location/Directions: Please use caution when following GPS directions. We recommend going by mile markers along the Parkway rather than GPS. Price Lake is at mile marker 297 south of Blowing Rock and north of Grandfather. Once you get closer to Price Lake look for green Waypoint Adventure directional signs.
Conditions: Price lake is nestled in the mountains on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Boone, NC at mile marker 297. This is a motorless lake that provides a relaxing and fun boating experience. Price Lake is a 47 acre recreational getaway.
Bathrooms: There are accessible bathrooms located near the lake.
