Program Description
This is the first Waypoint Adventure Leaders In Training program for the 2025 cohort! We will be doing a variety of team building activities and participating in activities at the ropes course. Our highly trained staff will instruct, support, and encourage you as you meet new people, learn new skills, or further develop your leadership skills. Our day will start at the Waypoint office, then head to Lake James State Park for the day and we will warp up/debrief our day at the Waypoint office.

Accommodations and equipment can be made by special request, please email or call Waypoint at least one week before the date of the trip to make arrangements.
Transportation
Drop off and pick up for all LIT programs will be at Waypoint office in Black Mountain. Waypoint will provide transportation to program locations.
